Contact Address and E-mail for QARANC

Please note this is not an official QARANC website and is run from historical interest by former members of the QA’s. The official QA website and Army website links are at the bottom of this page.

To contact www.qaranc.co.uk by mail then please write to:

QARANC.co.uk
PO Box 18620
Peterhead
Aberdeenshire
AB42 3WZ

Alternatively use the e-mail address below. Please do not be put off by the hotmail account - I use this because I get sent many photos from past and present members of the QARANC which takes up too much space on my personal e-mail account. The hotmail account has more memory! So keep sending in the photos which you'd like to appear on the website.

If you are contacting me about help to trace information about a friend who was a QA or a deceased relative who served in the army as a nurse then please read the Find QAs page which should answer your question. If not let me know and I’ll add more information to the page.

Please note that I am unable to answer any correspondence about jobs in the Army, RAF, Navy or at any hospitals. Please address these to the respective recruiting offices or civilian employment centres. Qaranc.co.uk are also unable to answer any correspondence about current military operations or military points of law. These should be addressed to the relevant authorities, commanding officers or the links at the foot of each page of the Qaranc website.

Qaranc.co.uk are unable to loan any nurses uniform or historic nursing uniforms for occasions and events such as fetes, re-enactments and fairs. Due to time constraints I am unable to reply to such correspondence.

Help Needed: Qaranc.co.uk would like to add a page about the QA lanyard but need some help. Can anyone please help with a photo of the lanyard on the uniform and a photo of just the lanyard? It would also be helpful if anyone can give some tips on how to site and fit the lanyard. Please use the e-mail address on the contact page. Thank you!
